Dik-Jan Jetses is a Business Development Director of TMF Group (Amsterdam) with more than 15 years of experience in facilitating international structures for investments by foreign entities through the Netherlands and other advantageous holding jurisdictions. Dik-Jan holds a master degree in tax law.

Didem Berghmans After gaining a BA degree in Business Administration from Ankara University Faculty of Political Science, Didem was Sales & Marketing Manager for Garanti Bank in Turkey for more than 9 years. She subsequently moved to Luxembourg and worked for ProLogis as a Legal Coordinator focusing on European structures before joining Equity Trust / TMF Group almost 6 years ago. Turkish Native Didem had been making regular trips to Turkey for 3 years and based in Istanbul full-time since 1st September 2010. 

Marc van Campen, Partner, Baker & McKenzie Amsterdam N.V. advises clients on cross-border private equity investments and in legal and tax aspects of pan European fund structuring. His projects include structuring the investments of private equity funds as well as advising fund managers on the optimization of their remuneration package. His work focuses on emerging markets, such as Central and Eastern Europe, Southeast Europe, the CIS and Turkey.
