This course is identified as nontransitional for the purposes of CLE accreditation. ACI certifies that the activity has been approved for CLE credit by the New York State Continuing Legal Education Board in the amount of 14.0 hours (1.0 hours of ethics). An additional 3.5 credit hours will apply to participation in each workshop.
