CHINA IP LAW

2nd Advanced In-House Counsel Forum on

CHINA IP LAW

Wednesday, January 19 to Thursday, January 20, 2011
TBD, Shanghai, Shanghai, China

Back by popular demand, American Conference Institute proudly announces its 2nd Advanced In-House Counsel Forum on China IP Law, scheduled to take place on January 19 - 20, 2011 in Shanghai.

2010 has been witness to significant developments in China IP law, with a more aggressive approach being taken on both the legislative and enforcement fronts. Our inaugural conference held this year in Shanghai featured the participation of more than 19 multi-national companies and 8 of the world’s leading experts in China IP law. Attendees traveled to this conference locally, as well as from the United States and Europe, demonstrating the great need for a conference on this subject. ACI is pleased to be offering this conference to you again in 2011.

We are still in the process of developing this year’s agenda, but welcome your comments, thoughts and suggestions regarding what topics you would like to see discussed at this year’s installment. The updated 2011 conference agenda will be ready in the next few weeks. Check this conference website often for announcements regarding keynote speakers, conference topics, speaker faculty and sponsors.

The conference program is currently under development but please check back soon for the program agenda and faculty list.
