Webinar Cancellation Policy
When will I receive my conference material?
Conference participants will receive comprehensive conference materials prepared by the speakers. These materials are intended to provide the participants with an excellent reference source after the conference. Materials will be available for download approx 1 week prior to the conference.
If you have not received your download link and your conference takes place in less than 1 week please email customerservice@americanconference.com stating the name of the conference you are attending.

This varies for each conference. Please do ask at our registration desk if you would like us to assist in facilitating meetings with anyone present to ensure you receive maximum benefit from the day.

The dress code at the conference is business casual. The speakers usually come in business attire.

Delegate Substitutions and cancellations
You must notify us by email at least 48 hrs in advance of the conference if you wish to send a substitute participant. If you are unable to find a substitute, please notify ACI in writing no later than 10 days prior to the conference date and a credit voucher will be issued to you for the full amount paid, redeemable against any other ACI conference.
Delegates may not "share" a pass between multiple attendees without prior authorization.
If you prefer, you may request a refund of fees paid less a 25% service charge. No credits or refunds will be given for cancellations received after 10 days prior to the conference date. American Conference Institute reserves the right to cancel any conference it deems necessary and will, in such event, make a full refund of any registration fee. No liability is assumed by ACI for changes in program date, content, speakers or venue.

Webinar Cancellation Policy
Should you be unable to attend an ACI Webinar after your payment is received, a substitute participant may attend at no extra charge. Full refunds (less a $50 administration fee) will be given for written cancellations received by the end of business, one day before the webinar. There will be no refunds on registrations or cancellations made on the date of the webinar or after.
