The increased FCPA enforcement environment is here to stay. Attend ACI’s acclaimed FCPA Boot Camp and hear from expert legal counsel, accountants and compliance officers from companies across industries and with a range of global footprints as they provide you with proven FCPA compliance practices to confront the global enforcement challenges that lie ahead.

Still, as the focus on anti-corruption continues to shine bright, U.S. businesses have been actively lobbying Congress for better legislation to protect U.S. companies operating abroad. In this type of high-tension, politically-charged enforcement environment, companies and the lawyers who represent them cannot afford to be on uncertain footing when it comes to FCPA compliance. Designed to provide you with global FCPA compliance strategies and internal controls you can take back and implement at your company or with your client, attendees of this acclaimed ACI FCPA Boot Camp will walk away with practical FCPA compliance solutions to meet their company’s operational challenges regardless of their industry or sector.
