ACI’s Hatch-Waxman Series Advisory Board

Comprised of a select group of industry leaders, American Conference Institute’s Hatch-Waxman Series Advisory Board was created as a part of ACI’s ongoing effort to provide our audience with access to key experts in the field and industry-leading content. The Hatch-Waxman Series Advisory Board members provide insights on the topics and trends covered by each of the three conferences which comprise this series, i.e., Maximizing Pharmaceutical Patent Life Cycles, Paragraph IV Disputes, and Hatch-Waxman Boot Camp. These conferences collectively cover every aspect of the legal and business concerns associated with the Hatch-Waxman law: pharmaceutical patent prosecution and litigation; the interplay between patent law and FDA regulation of pharmaceutical products; patent life cycle management and government enforcement actions. The Board provides guidance on the overall direction of the conference programs and content and helps to identify leading speakers and thought leaders in the Hatch-Waxman arena.
