The 2012 ACI Litigation Conference was superbly organized and offered great insight/information from a host of credible sources. I sat on one of the panals and found the preparation from all panal members to be outstanding. Barbara Vaccaro from ACI did a great job putting everything together. The location and hotel in Orlando were great. I recommend this conference.

I am proud to say that I was involved in ACI's first ever Bad Faith Conference as one of the planners and keynote speakers decades ago (when I had hair!). ACI does a nice job of getting excellent speakers from BOTH side of the table to discuss current issues. I have presented over the years, but not in consecutive years. ACI does a good job of rotating speakers and keeping it fresh!
