Request A Media Pass

We are happy to provide passes to our events to accredited members of the media.

We require a copy of a) Your press credentials and b) a recently published bylined article on a topic related to the conference you wish to attend, before we can issue a press pass.

Please take a moment to review our event policies. They have been established to ensure a comfortable and productive environment for our delegates, while providing members of the press with an opportunity to access speakers and newsworthy content discussed at the event. 

Conference Materials: Members of the press may be presented with conference materials for reference, if additional copies are available on site. However, these conference materials may not be reproduced in whole, or in part, without the express written consent of The American Conference Institute.
 
Recording: Recording the conference either by audio or videotape is not permitted without prior express written consent of The American Conference Institute

Confidentiality: Occasionally, due to the sensitive or confidential nature of their presentation, a speaker may ask for members of the press to leave the conference room during their presentation. If this is the case, you will be advised upon registration, and we must respect their wishes and clear the room of press members.

Lunch: Lunch and refreshments will be provided, subject to availability on-site.

We ask that you reference The American Conference Institute in any articles written about or relating to the conference, and to notify us of any articles you publish related to the event.
