ACI's 12th National Forum on
Wage & Hour Claims and Class Actions
Monday, May 23 to Tuesday, May 24, 2011
New York Marriott Downtown, New York, NY
Be a part of the nation’s premier wage & hour litigation defense forum and ensure that you are prepared to manage the increased risks of wage and hour claims and class actions, defend against new and innovative claims, and respond to emerging regulations and evolving enforcement priorities.
The number of wage and hour claims and class actions across the country is simply staggering – in fact, wage and hour class actions are the leading type of class action nationwide. The only thing more daunting for defense counsel then the number of cases is the dollar amounts involved. Add to this the fact that the Obama administration is continuing to send a strong signal that wage and hour regulation and enforcement is a top priority and the message becomes crystal clear – having an effective game plan for preventing, managing, and defending against these claims is more critical now than ever before.
American Conference Institute’s 12th National Forum on Wage & Hour Claims and Class Actions will provide you with an unparalleled opportunity to convene with expert in-house counsel from Cisco Systems, Hyatt, Del Monte, The Hartford Financial Services Group, Ryder, ConAgra Foods, Family Dollar Stores, American Eagle Outfitters, Marsh & McLennan, Darden Restaurants, WellPoint, Reed Elsevier, Hilton, Luxottica, Valspar, Albertson’s, and BJ’s Wholesale Club, as well as leading private practice attorneys and renowned judges, to get expert advice, insider strategies, and comprehensive updates on:
