Chief Judge Paul Luckern of the U.S. International Trade Commission

Chief Judge Paul Luckeran of the U.S. International Trade Commission will be providing his insights on a “view from the bench” at American Conference Institutes ITC Litigation & Enforcement conference. Chief Judge Paul Luckeran has been an administrative law judge at the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) since August 1984. On July 3, 2008 , Judge Luckern was named as Chief Administrative Law Judge at the ITC.

Chief Judge Luckern will be joined by U.S. International Trade Commission Administrative Law Judges, Gildea, Bullock and Rogers, as well as Chief Judge Randall Rader of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. This panel will be followed by a special Spotlight Address by the Hon. Paul Michel, Chief Judge (Ret.), U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
