This panel focuses on the approaches companies take in connection with anti-corruption compliance programs, in two separate ways. Through polling, the panel will ask the audience 15 questions regarding compliance programs structure, resource allocation, reporting, governance, metrics and other key issues. The results of that polling will be discussed in the context of the expectations of regulatory authorities, along with innovative strategies to implement and monitor a program, including in relation to risk assessments and review, accountability, technology platforms and data analytics, and industry specific considerations.
