Description
Required:
• At least three (3) years experience as a Program Manager managing IC or DoD-sponsored task order contracts.
• At least three (3) years experience in detailed management and oversight of a contractor or government team, including conducting requirements analysis, project costing, deliverable tracking, schedule and financial data monitoring and reporting.
• At least two (2) years experience reviewing and analyzing financial expenditure reports.
• Experience using Microsoft Office or similar suite of office automation tools as well as using Microsoft Project with knowledge and application of Primavera.
• Understanding of analytical needs and requirements.
Desired:
• Experience managing $10M - $50M contracts utilizing TTOs.
•Experience leading projects that involve the successful management of teams composed of professionals that have been involved in analysis, design, development, integration, testing, and maintenance of text/voice/multimedia processing and storage systems.
• Ability to effectively lead meetings, and be able to create and articulately present briefings.
•Demonstrated technical writing skills.
•Knowledge of the guidelines provided by the FAR and DoD 5000 series regulations.
