A rapidly growing IP boutique firm in downtown Chicago is currently looking for a mid- to senior-level associate to join their successful IP litigation practice.
4-5+ years experience litigating patent matters; generic pharmaceutical matters preferred.
Strong technical expertise in the chemical or biotechnological arts.
Possess excellent writing and legal research skills.
Experience in Hatch-Waxman cases and developing effective patent litigation strategy in response to ANDA filings containing paragraph IV notifications.
Admittance to the USPTO is preferred.
