Compensation includes a competitive base salary, variable bonus and outstanding benefits. Additional locations include Boston, Dallas, Chicago, Detroit , Irvine or Mountain View, Ca or Washington DC
Exciting opportunity to join a Partnership with a flat organizational structure that offers freer access to senior management both internally and at the client and a Fast Track to Partner program that offers advancement based solely on merit. Work with an advisor to set objectives and measure progress with reviews every 6 months.
Work with the company’s senior executive team to drive the company’s most strategic operational initiatives, implementing innovative solutions, measuring results early and often, and ensuring the desired performance.
Deliver outstanding client results, direct client personnel, prepare work plans, facilitate client teams to implement recommendations, organize and write proposals, and participate in new business development.
Qualifications
• High-performing with an analytical mind and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-starters who can manage their time effectively and can educate themselves while contributing to dramatic client performance improvement.
• Manager+ level consultant with experience working for management consulting firms in one of the following segments:
• Health Care Services: 7+ years of consulting experience in health care delivery, or health care payer consulting, preferably in government agencies (e.g., US, VA, or DoD) or to non-government health care service companies. Extensive experience in business development, strategy, new service development, and/or operations.
• Life Sciences: 7+ years experience with a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical devices, or a consulting firm, with practical work experience in supply chain, operations, quality and regulatory management, product development, planning and strategy, addressing relevant products such as biologic drugs, vaccines, diagnostics, pharmaceuticals, and medical devices.
• Self-starters who can manage their time effectively and can educate themselves while contributing to dramatic client performance improvement.
• MBA, PhD or equivalent post-graduate degree from a top business school.
• Open to Monday-Thursday travel; in the office on Friday.
