Qualifications
The Russia/CIS Region Manager, Downhole Technology, is focused on growing GE's Wireline and Drilling Measurements customer base throughout the Russia/CIS region and developing the regional organization.

Responsibilities:
• Form the commercial team in the region and provide leadership, ensuring effective development and performance management
• Lead the development of the regional growth strategy by helping the business identify emerging opportunities and capabilities critical for success specific to the region
• Meet or exceed key metrics for orders, sales, revenue, profitability, market share, and account retention
• Ensure customer satisfaction as measured by Net Promoter Score and other customer metrics
• Coordinate relationships and interfaces with Commercial Operations, Technical Sales, Marketing, Product Management and other internal functions
• Establish and maintain influential relationships at all levels of internal and external customers and prospects.
