Mr. Boudra is a Compliance Officer with the Sanctions Compliance and Evaluation division at the U.S. Treasury Department’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC). He is part of a team responsible for implementing and enforcing U.S. economic sanctions. He advises financial institutions and private industry on sanctions-related issues and investigates financial institution compliance with OFAC sanctions programs. He will be discussing the latest OFAC enforcement cases against non-U.S. entities and how to interpret and apply sectoral sanctions to your financial and export transactions.
