Biography
Mr. Mulligan represents franchisees having multiple units throughout the United States and also advises franchisors as they establish their business, including the preparation of Franchise Disclosure Documents, Franchise Agreements, Area Development Agreements and adherence to compliance with state registration requirements. Mr. Mulligan counsels family owned businesses in all areas of business, real estate and succession planning matters.
