MARYANN P. SURRICK is the Associate General Counsel – Litigation & Compliance at Lockheed Martin Corporation. Maryann is responsible for the Corporation’s False Claims Act and other government and regulatory litigation, internal investigations, and bid protests. In previous roles, Maryann advised the Corporation on a variety of international issues, including compliance with U.S. and international anti-corruption laws, U.S. and international trade laws and regulations, antiboycott laws and regulations, and sanctions regulations administered by OFAC. Maryann joined Lockheed Martin in January 2011, after nearly a decade at O’Melveny & Myers in the White Collar Defense and Corporate Investigations group. She earned her B.A. from Kenyon College and her J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania, where she was Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of International Economic Law. Following law school, Maryann clerked for the Honorable Ruggero J. Aldisert on the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
