WILLIAM J. HARRINGTON is a partner at Goodwin Procter, LLP in New York City. Since joining the firm in 2012, Mr. Harrington has represented diverse clients in civil fraud litigations and related DOJ investigations, including a mortgage originator, a federally insured bank, a medical organization, a pharmaceutical company and a military contractor.
