MARK J. BRICE is Of Counsel at Decof, Decof & Barry. He began his legal career as a bailiff and courtroom clerk in the Superior Court of Washington, D.C. while attending American University and Georgetown University Law Center. He graduated from Georgetown with honors and was selected to serve on the Georgetown Law Journal. After two years of Judicial Clerkship, he joined Koonz, McKenney & Johnson where he was offered a unique opportunity to develop the medical malpractice section of the firm. As one of the senior members of the firm, Mr. Brice represented many children in obstetrical, neonatal and pediatric malpractice claims. In 1996, Mr. Brice and his family moved to Newport, Rhode Island, eventually joining Decof, Decof & Barry, P.C. in Providence, Rhode Island where he continues to focus on the representation of severely injured children and their families. He is certified as a trial advocate by the American Board of Trial Attorneys and holds a “Preeminent” rating by Martindale-Hubbell.
