RYAN KANTOR is the Assistant Chief of the Litigation I Section of the Antitrust Division of the U.S. Department of Justice, where he supervises the Division’s antitrust investigations and enforcement actions that involve the health care sector. Prior to assuming his current position, Mr. Kantor was a trial attorney with the Antitrust Division. Before entering government service, Mr. Kantor practiced law at Paul Weiss and Sullivan & Cromwell in New York and served as a law clerk for the Honorable Paul S. Diamond, U.S. District Judge for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Mr. Kantor holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School, an M.S.c, from the London School of Economics, and a B.B.A. from the University of Michigan.
