VIKTORIYA TORCHINSKY-FIELD is Managing Counsel, Litigation at Cigna Corporation in Philadelphia. Viktoriya graduated, cum laude, from The John Marshall Law School in 1998, where she served as the Managing Editor of the Law Review. Before joining Cigna Legal in 2008, Viktoriya practiced as a complex commercial and class action litigator at Sidley & Austin and Drinker, Biddle & Reath. Viktoriya is responsible for litigation strategy for Cigna Group Insurance Litigation. She also manages Cigna's complex healthcare, ERISA and corporate litigation, with a focus on class action defense. Viktoriya also founded and helps run the Cigna Legal Volunteer & Pro Bono Program. She is a regular speaker and contributor at industry seminars and conferences, including the American Conference Institute and the Defense Research Institute. When she is not working, Viktoriya enjoys spending time with her family and traveling in the U.S. and abroad.
