Frequently Asked Questions

We can be reached by email at [email protected]. All requests will be acknowledged and/or responded to within 1 business day.

ACI is an approved sponsor of CPE in the formats of Group Live and Group Internet Based. Our events are not applicable to QAS Self Study.

You may submit your request using our online form: ACI Accreditation Form. Please have available the following information to fill out the form: Conference name and date and the verification codes posted throughout the program.

Several conferences have CPE available. Please check the brochure or website of the event you wish to register for to review the accreditation options available. If you require assistance in finding the details, please reach out to our accreditation team at [email protected].

ACI will not require you to notify us of your request for CPE accreditation until the end of the conference.

Each conference will have varying credit amounts, dependent on the session/conference’s compliance with the CPE rules. Please note that State Boards of Accountancy have the final authority on acceptance of individual courses and credit amounts.

Once your accreditation request has been submitted, please allow 1-3 weeks post-conference for our team to calculate your individual hours and process the certificate.

CPE credit is calculated based on the amount of credit available for each session and the attendee’s overall sign-in/attendance verification codes.

Yes, for live attendance, our team will review the CPE sign-in forms and award CLE credit accordingly. For our remote attendees, attendance will be awarded based on the verification codes reported in the accreditation request form.

CPE is awarded in 50-minute sessions. For example, if during a 2-day conference, you attended only 1 day, this is acceptable. If you only attended part of a speaker’s session, no CPE credit will be awarded.

All attendees will be provided with instructions on how to request their CPE certificate of completion prior to the conference in the welcome email and in the producer’s welcome speech.

If you neglected to sign-in for your CPE credits at the conference, please contact [email protected]. We will do our best to review the monitoring mechanisms and engagement logs to support your attendance. We cannot guarantee CPE credits if the attendee has not signed in/out before leaving the conference.

Yes, ACI would be happy to assist you in providing a replacement certificate. We retain our CPE records for 5 years.
