Adam Rubin is the General Counsel of PrizeLogic, LLC, the most trusted, independent digital partner for results-driven promotions, having executed more than 4,000 successful campaigns to-date. Rubin joined the company operating out of its Southfield, Michigan headquarters in 2011. Rubin has built PrizeLogic’s in-house legal services team and oversees its daily operations ensuring consumer protection on behalf of hundreds of brands including some of the most recognizable Fortune 100 names. He is an expert in promotional law specializing in areas of compliance including CAN-SPAM, COPPA, direct mail, and viral, social and mobile best practices. A frequent speaker at industry conferences, Rubin has a keen sense of following industry trends and educates others on how the current law should be interpreted and upheld to meet such trends. Rubin also oversees all matters of corporate litigation, contract and transactional negotiations, data security and privacy for PrizeLogic.
A former Assistant Attorney General for the State of Michigan specializing in alcohol and gambling enforcement, Rubin draws upon his highly regulatory background for his conservative approach to protecting PrizeLogic clients and consumers alike. He graduated with his Bachelor of Arts degree in Sports Management and Communications from the University of Michigan and received his Juris Doctor from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law where he served as the Associate Editor for Law Review. He currently serves on the Michigan Regional Board of the Anti-Defamation League.
