Heather Enlow-Novitsky’s practice includes representing clients on privacy, cybersecurity, and consumer protection matters. Heather has significant experience in data breaches, including leading a large multinational bank’s legal team for data breaches; handling major data breaches related to retail merchants for a payments processor; managing data breach litigation; and working with clients to advise and negotiate with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and state attorneys general investigating data breach issues. Heather also focuses on working with clients to evaluate privacy and security concerns with new and emerging technologies and methods of interacting with and understanding their customers, such as mobile, calling and texting practices, biometric data, and methods of tracking customers. Prior to joining Vorys, Heather was senior counsel at Wells Fargo, and also previously served as vice president and assistant general counsel at Bank of America Merchant Services.
