KACEY GOEBEL is Corporate Counsel for The Home Depot in Atlanta, Georgia. Ms. Goebel graduated, cum laude, from Notre Dame Law School in 2006. Prior to joining The Home Depot, she was an associate in the Business and Tort Litigation group in Jones Day’s Atlanta office. Ms. Goebel is a member of The Home Depot’s Commercial Litigation team where she primarily manages the defense of the company’s commercial class action matters. Ms. Goebel also oversees The Home Depot’s class action recovery practice including managing the company’s offensive settlement claims and opt-out litigation. She is a board member of the Georgia Law Center for the Homeless, on the Advisory Committee of the Atlanta Legal Aid Society, and is a Vice Chair of the Georgia Lawyers Chapter of the American Constitution Society.
