The program has been approved for CLE credit by the New York State Continuing Legal Education Board and the State Bar of California and is identified as nontransitional for New York CLE purposes. <br>\r\n<br>\r\nAccreditation will also be sought in jurisdictions requested by registrants that have continuing education requirements, although approval varies by state.
