David Kritz is an attorney with over 20 years of experience representing clients, primarily on employee benefits and compensation matters. Since 2005, he has worked in Norfolk Southern Corporation's Law Department, where he is the primary resource on benefits and compensation-related issues. David also provides legal advice on securities laws, laws governing lobbying and political contributions, corporate governance and contracts. Norfolk Southern Corporation, a Fortune 250 company, is one of the nation’s premier transportation companies.
