ED BERRIOS is Assistant Vice President of Chubb & Son. Ed has been with Chubb since 1998.  As a Regional Claim Technician for Fiduciary and Employment Practices Liability Claims, Ed manages and monitors the complex and high exposure claims and litigations, including ERISA and discrimination class actions, mass actions, claims brought by governmental agencies, claims by or against highly-compensated executives, as well as claims involving allegations of egregious sexual harassment and systemic discrimination.  Ed serves as a panelist on Fiduciary and Employment Law seminars, providing the carrier’s perspective on a number of topics.  Before coming to Chubb, Ed practiced as an attorney specializing in employment law at a large New York law firm.   In addition, Ed serves as the National Claims Department Contact for one of Chubb’s cornerstone brokers in connection with its fiduciary book of business, as well as serving as the Account Coordinator for a many of our key insureds and the claims contact for a number of brokers.  Ed obtained his BBA, summa cum laude, from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania with a concentration in Accounting and then obtained his law degree from Cornell University with a concentration in Advocacy.  Ed has been admitted to the practice of law in New York since 1995.
