PATRICIA KAEDING is Chief Regulatory Counsel, GE Healthcare, in Metropolitan Milwaukee Wisconsin. GE Healthcare is a $17 Billion global unit of General Electric Company that provides medical imaging and information technologies devices, patient monitoring systems, contrast media drugs used in imaging, drug discovery and biopharmaceutical manufacturing technologies, and performance solutions. As GE Healthcare’s regulatory counsel since 2006, Patricia focuses on healthcare product regulatory and quality compliance matters and strategy across the company’s product areas and global regions. Prior to GE, she worked for ten years (1993-2003) as an Associate Chief Counsel for Enforcement in FDA’s Office of Chief Counsel where she worked on a wide range of complex litigation, counseling, and legislative matters across all product areas. Immediately before joining GE, she worked for two years at a Wisconsin based law firm. She is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin at Madison and the University of Chicago Law School.
