The objectives of the working groups are to: (i) provide a smaller-group opportunity to delve into “nitty gritty”, critical anti-corruption compliance and enforcement issues; (ii) serve as a unique platform for enhanced Q & A and discussion; and (iii) ensure that attendees take away best practices that they can use for their daily work after the conference.

Designed to add value to the attendees’ learning experience at the main conference, working groups are also meant to be as “hands-on” and interactive as possible. Toward the end, working group leaders utilize a number of formats, including hypothetical exercises, mock scenarios and case studies. Attendees also take away helpful, speaker-prepared reference materials, along with CLE and CPE.
