It combines foundational instruction on FDA and USPTO processes with practical coverage of patent strategy, exclusivities, Hatch-Waxman and BPCIA litigation, and case strategy.\r\n        <\/div>\r\n    <\/div>\r\n\r\n    <div class=\"faq-item\">\r\n        <div class=\"faq-question\">Where and when will the conference take place?<\/div>\r\n        <div class=\"faq-answer\">\r\n            The 6th Annual Passport to Proficiency on the Essentials of Hatch-Waxman and BPCIA will take place virtually from October 20-29, 2026, in Eastern Standard Time. Live sessions are scheduled for October 20, 22, 27, and 29. \r\n        <\/div>\r\n    <\/div>\r\n\r\n    <div class=\"faq-item\">\r\n        <div class=\"faq-question\">Who should attend?<\/div>\r\n        <div class=\"faq-answer\">\r\n            The series is designed for new associates, junior partners, in-house counsel, executives, and other professionals working in the life sciences industry.
