ACI is excited to announce the ESG Forum on Human Capital Analytics & SEC Disclosures. Unlike other events, this innovative program will focus on the “how to” of leveraging metrics and analytics to satisfy investor, board and SEC reporting expectations.

With so much at stake, you cannot afford to miss out on this timely, important event!  Key stakeholders will gather to discuss metrics, developing a “material” human capital reporting framework, data acquisition, integrity and governance-and the finer points of how to comply with SEC reporting requirements.

Investors, customers and boards of directors now expect data and quantification of companies’ human capital, including metrics for diversity and inclusion, and the extent of companies’ investment in these initiatives. Defining metrics for measuring human capital has never been so critical.

Regulation S-K was also modernized in 2020, and now includes a new section on human capital. A public company is required to disclose the number of employees and a description of its human capital resources, if “material” to the business. The rules do not include a definition of “human capital” or clarification of the required items, leaving companies and their outside advisors tasked with reading between the lines.

On top of that, the human capital disclosure requirements are expected to grow, with two SEC Commissioners already pushing the SEC to enhance existing reporting requirements.

Whether your organization is at the cutting-edge, just starting out or somewhere in between, this interactive event is truly your best opportunity to connect, compare notes, gain the latest best practices and expand your network!
