ROBIN DUSEK is a Partner in the Litigation Practice Group at Freeborn & Peters and co-chair of the firm’s Women’s Leadership Council. Robin concentrates her practice in Insurance/Reinsurance and related client counseling. Robin represents cedents, reinsurers and pools in arbitrations and litigations throughout the United States. These cases have involved disputes over contractual interpretation, allocation of losses, the duty of utmost good faith, the obligations of a reinsurer to follow the fortunes of a cedent, third-party commutation obligations and fraud. In addition, Robin has been following, analyzing, and speaking on the emerging issues pertinent to the insurance and reinsurance industry arising out of concussion-related claims and litigation. Before joining Freeborn, Robin was Counsel at Hogan Lovells LLP. Robin received a J.D. from William and Mary and a B.A. from the University of Notre Dame. She is the Founder and Executive Director of Educating Africa's Children.
