Charlotte Jacobsen is a partner in Ropes & Gray’s life sciences IP litigation practice, based in the firm’s New York office. She is a first-chair litigator with more than 15 years of experience litigating complex patent disputes concerning biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, and the chemical arts, with an emphasis on litigation under the Hatch-Waxman Act and BPCIA.
