Michael B. Horrow is the managing partner of the Consumer Litigation Department of Donahue & Horrow LLP. He represents insurance policyholders who have been denied their insurance benefits on any type of policy, including disability, life, health, homeowners and commercial policies. He has tried lawsuits in State and Federal Courts throughout California and lectured on issues of insurance coverage and insurance bad faith to the ABA and various other prominent consumer organizations. From 1998 to today, the sole focus of Mr. Horrow’s practice has been in insurance bad faith. Mr. Horrow is a 1989 graduate of Pennsylvania State University. with a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate and Finance. After graduating from California Western School of Law in 1992, Mr. Horrow practiced insurance defense litigation at Bonne, Bridges, Mueller, O’Keefe & Nichols. In 1998, Mr. Horrow began representing consumers when he joined Shernoff, Bidart and Darras LLP.
