Amy Littman

AMY LITTMAN is a Deputy General Counsel and Managing Director in the Bank of America Legal Department.   Amy manages the legal teams that provide comprehensive Human Resources, Compensation and Benefits, and Corporate Services legal support across the enterprise. Amy joined the Bank’s Legal Department in 2005 as an Associate General Counsel supporting its US and Latin American banking and markets businesses on employment matters and expanded her coverage over the years.   In April 2014, Amy began managing the employment attorneys globally across all lines of business and most recently she expanded her coverage to the Corporate Services and Compensation and Benefits Legal teams.  Before joining Bank of America, Amy was a Senior Counsel in the Labor and Employment Group at the Proskauer law firm, where she was outside counsel to the Bank since 1999. Amy graduated cum laude from the College of the Holy Cross in 1991 and graduated cum laude from State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law in 1994.  She is a member of the New York and Colorado bars.
