CAROLE ACIMAN is a shareholder at Greenberg Traurig LLP in New York. Her practice focuses on strategic domestic and cross-border commercial transactions involving technology, the Internet, e-commerce, entertainment, and media law. Carole also advises companies on a wide range of intellectual property/IP planning and positioning, transfer of technology matters, Information Technology and outsourcing transactions, having structured and negotiated a number of deals with an emphasis on green technology, organization-wide services, R&D, ERP, BPO/LPO and other arrangements in single and multi-country locations. Carole has represented numerous Fortune 500 companies, as well as privately held companies, high-end retailers, developers, and private equity funds. Carole is a graduate of New York University School of Law and the Sorbonne University in Paris.
