GENERAL JOHN R. BAKER entered the Air Force in 1972 as a distinguished graduate of the University of Oklahoma's ROTC program. His career included staff positions at Headquarters Tactical Air Command, 6th Allied Tactical Air Force (NATO) and Headquarters U.S. Air Force. The general commanded an F-15 fighter training squadron, an F-15 operations group in Europe, a composite wing of fighters/tankers/ISR aircraft in Asia, and the Air Intelligence Agency. He ended his career as the Vice Commander of the Air Mobility Command. Since his retirement from the USAF, General Baker has been a Senior Advisor to a variety of companies focused on advanced technology, and to those concerned about the implications of Cyber-Warfare.
