JULIE CROTTY is a Senior Consultant based in New York City at YSC, a premier global independent leadership consultancy. She conducts selection and development assessments, provides executive coaching, and leads workshops on various facets of leadership. She is adept at mediating employment conflicts, promoting cultural change within organizations, contributing to strategic diversity and inclusion initiatives, coaching executives and high potential employees, creating educational and training videos, and providing cross-cultural presentations and advisory services. She devotes special attention to women’s leadership development and assisting companies with diversity and inclusion. Julie led a national mediation program in financial regulation for the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) and advised visiting delegations from governments around the world. As an international consultant, she has presented research on best practices for bolstering engagement, retention and productivity. She is the past Chair of the President’s Council of Cornell Women; an Advisory Committee member to Cornell’s Department of Inclusion and Workforce Diversity and holds a BA in Psychology, a JD and an MBA from Cornell University. Prior to launching her career, she played basketball in Ireland and New Zealand, and now lives in New Jersey with her spouse and two children.
