What is the cancellation policy?
Registrants who register and pay are eligible for a full refund until September 18, 2026. If unable to attend, registrants may choose a full refund or a full credit note for themselves or a colleague to attend another event; all cancellations and changes must be submitted to ACI’s Customer Experience Team by September 18.

Are CLE, CPD, or CME credits available?
CLE credit is available for the program, with approval noted for the New York State Continuing Legal Education Board and the State Bar of California; accreditation will also be sought in jurisdictions requested by registrants that have continuing education requirements. The conference also offers 12 ISP® CEU credits. CPD and CME credit availability has not been confirmed.
