Sponsorship Opportunities

Opening Night Reception Sponsorship – $10,500 USD

  1. Your company will be the exclusive sponsor of the official conference Opening Night Reception (ONR) on the evening of day one of the conference.
    • Your company may designate a principal/senior executive to make general welcoming remarks during the ONR (3-5 minutes maximum).
  2. Your company will receive two (2) passes for internal/external use by your organization to attend the conference and a 10% discount on all unlimited additional passes.
  3. Your company logo/name will be co-branded on the conference brochure.
  4. Your company logo/name will be co-branded on all onsite signage.
  5. Your company will receive website promotion inclusive of logo placement and hyperlink.
  6. Your company’s logo/name will be co-branded in all pre-event targeted email marketing campaigns.
  7. Your company will receive pre- and post-conference delegate intelligence (attendee’s first/last name, title, company/branch/org.).

Lanyards Sponsorship – $10,000 USD

  1. Your company will be the exclusive sponsor of the conference Lanyards.
    • Your company will have the opportunity to provide all conference lanyards to be distributed to all delegates at the main registration desk.
  2. Your company will receive two (2) full delegate passes for internal/external use to attend the conference and a 10% discount on all additional unlimited passes.
  3. Your company logo will appear in the Sponsors section of the event website with a hyperlink.
  4. Your company logo will be co-branded in all pre-event email marketing campaigns.
  5. Your company logo will be co-branded on all onsite signage.

Wi-Fi Network Sponsorship – $9,500 USD

  1. Your company will be the exclusive sponsor of the conference Wi-Fi Network.
    • Your company’s URL will serve as a “Landing Page” as the first site delegates access when they connect to the conference Wi-Fi.
    • Your company logo will be printed on all information table-tent cards distributed throughout the conference.
  2. Your company will receive two (2) full delegate passes for internal/external use to attend the conference and a 10% discount on all additional unlimited passes.
