The only FCA forum bringing together all sides of the “v”—government, relators, defense and in-house counsel—with dedicated Healthcare and Procurement & Defense tracks.
With nearly $7 billion in government recoveries and a record-breaking 1,297 qui tam cases filed in FY 2025, False Claims Act enforcement continues to expand in scope and complexity. From evolving DOJ priorities and circuit splits to the growing influence of AI, data analytics, and healthcare enforcement, FCA practitioners face a rapidly shifting legal landscape.
The year’s conference brings together government enforcers, in-house counsel, plaintiff’s attorneys, and the defense bar to unpack the latest developments, examine landmark cases, and share practical strategies for compliance and risk management in 2027 and beyond.

Why Does FCA Matter?
Fiscal Year 2025 was a record-breaking year for False Claims Act enforcement, with DOJ reporting more than $6.8 billion in settlements and judgments, the highest single-year total in FCA history, including more than $5.7 billion from healthcare-related matters. Whistleblower activity also reached a new high, with relators filing a record 1,297 qui tam lawsuits and settlements and judgments in qui tam matters exceeding $5.3 billion.
As enforcement continues to prioritize managed care, prescription drugs, medically unnecessary care, procurement fraud, cybersecurity compliance, pandemic program fraud, customs/tariff evasion, and other areas, new initiatives are adding to the risk landscape. DOJ’s FOCUS initiative is increasing attention on data-driven qui tam cases and data-miner relators, while the expanded Corporate Whistleblower Awards Pilot Program incentivizes reporting across fraud against the U.S., federal healthcare offenses, trade and customs fraud, and other corporate misconduct.
For FCA practitioners and organizations facing potential exposure, the result is an increasingly active, data-driven and cross-industry enforcement environment—and a growing need to stay ahead of emerging theories, priorities and risks.
