ACI's 6th Annual Paragraph IV Disputes conference is the undisputed source for Hatch-Waxman litigation strategies for brand-names and generics. It's the single forum on which brand name and generic companies can rely for answers during this turbulent time in which the balance of power designed by the Hatch-Waxman Act may completely unravel. This is my favorite Hatch-Waxman conference. The speakers and audience members represent a good mix from both the branded and generics sides. I try to attend every year.

American Conference Institute’s Maximizing Pharmaceutical Patent Life Cycles conference brings together corporate, outside counsel and government patent professionals with a variety of experiences and perspectives. I speak each year and find it is a great way to share views and learn new approaches to solving common problems.

The Paragraph IV Disputes Conference should be better than ever this year. The pre-conference workshop on Follow-On biologics will provide a great forum to discuss new issues presented by the BPCIA. The Myriad, Therasense and Microsoft cases will have been fully argued and may be decided. All of this will make the panel discussions more interesting and informative. The program looks great, even for those who have been around Hatch-Waxman for a while.
