American Conference Institute (ACI) organizes the 7th Annual Passport to Proficiency on Rx Drug Pricing & Rebate Revised Fundamentals. ACI is part of the C5 Group of Companies and produces conferences, events, and professional education programs for senior decision-makers.
This four-week virtual series provides intensive training in drug pricing, reimbursement, and rebate concepts across Medicaid, Medicare, PHS 340B, VA/FSS, and other key government payor programs. The 2026 program combines foundational instruction with advanced analysis of developments including Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) implementation, Medicare Drug Price Negotiation, PBM reform, state affordability initiatives, Most Favored Nation (MFN) pricing models, TrumpRx, direct distribution, and gross-to-net strategy.
The series will take place virtually from November 2 to December 2, 2026, during Eastern Standard Time. Sessions are scheduled twice each week on Mondays and Wednesdays across four weeks: November 2 and 4, November 9 and 11, November 16 and 18, and November 30 and December 2.
The program is designed for both emerging and experienced government pricing professionals, as well as legal, compliance, finance, contracting, reimbursement, managed markets, government affairs, market access, and commercial professionals. The virtual Proficiency Series is designed to encourage dialogue with faculty and fellow attendees through the interactive chat, giving participants opportunities to exchange ideas, compare approaches, and build a professional peer network. Two interactive LAB (Learn, Apply, and Benchmark) sessions add hands-on learning and direct engagement around the FSS application process and pricing and rebate exercises across Medicaid, Medicare, and 340B.
Yes. Groups of 4-8 attendees from the same organization receive a 10% discount, while groups of 9-12 receive a 15% discount. Groups of more than 12 should contact ACI for available rates; team members must be from the same organization or firm and register together in one transaction.
Registrants who register and pay are eligible for a full refund until October 23, 2026. If unable to attend, registrants may request either a full refund or a full credit note for themselves or a colleague to attend another event; all cancellations and changes must be submitted to ACI’s Customer Experience Team by October 23.
