LOTHAR DETERMANN is a Partner with Baker & McKenzie LLP in Palo Alto, California.  His practice covers counseling companies on taking their products, data, intellectual property and contracts international, as well as related commercial and compliance matters. Dr. Determann is admitted to practice in Germany and California.
