Continuing Education Manager
Summary:
ACI is hiring for an enthusiastic, experienced administrative professional. The Continuing Education Manager is responsible for the daily coordination and facilitation of the C5 Group companies’ global accreditation compliance and fulfillment. The Continuing Education Manager will work closely with the production, events and customer experience teams establishing and maintaining accreditation provider status in select jurisdictions and serve as the organization’s content expert on continuing education. To succeed in this position, you must be able to build relationships with State CLE boards, Provincial legal societies, and internal clients and demonstrate a proactive self-directed approach to managing client education goals.

- Liaise with State CLE boards, Provincial legal societies, and other accreditation compliance associations regarding procedures, requirements, rules, and new mandatory requirement updates.
- Maintain current provider status, including annual/bi-annual renewals, audits, reports, and registration payments. Including CLE, CPE, CPD, BICSI, etc.
- Conduct regular status update meetings with team to ensure 3–6-week deadlines are achieved.
- Work with the production team for credit breakdowns, credit categories and approve calculation breakdowns and ensure external communications meet compliance requirements.
- Organize and maintain attendance records, materials, certificates and other documents required for annual audits.
- Research new accreditations and present recommendations to production leads and management teams for consideration. Once approved, manage application process with licensing boards, writing appeals if required.
- Draft templates, document processes, create internal training guides and maintain all communications to external clients as required.
- Manage team activity, address customer concerns and complaints and escalate to management when appropriate.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively both orally and in writing, including editing work for grammar and spelling.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience dealing with senior level executives.
- Ability to provide exceptional customer experience to both internal and external clients.
- Highly organized, ability to multi-task, able to keep accurate records, and able to work under pressure and tight deadline.
- Highly motivated, proactive and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Continuing Education or another related accreditation experience is an asset;
- Excellent computer skills (including MS Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook) is essential.
