Drawn from the best that the bar, the bench, and the industry have to offer.
A new paradigm in automotive products liability has emerged.
Be a part of the one event that will prepare the industry for this metamorphosis.
Supreme Court’s newest decisions on preemption and personal jurisdiction….seat belt restraints….side curtain air bags….tire claims….unintended acceleration…..electronic reporting system….legislation addressing distraction issues...Daubert challenges…class action claims….The list goes on and on.
Corporate attorneys and outside counsel for auto manufacturers and component part suppliers must find ways to reduce the cost of litigation while simultaneously dealing with the challenges of product recalls, class action claims, the increased cost in litigation product liability cases, and the rise in social media postings.
