American Conference Institute brings back its acclaimed flagship conference to New York City, for an encore presentation. As FCPA enforcement continues to mature, so does American Conference Institute’s National Conference on the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act – back in New York for an encore presentation. Completely revised this year, the 2013 program agenda includes new panels, new speakers, a two-part Focus on Third Parties, and more benchmarking opportunities. Don’t miss out on the one event that shapes the anti-corruption industry. This year’s program is one you won’t want to miss! The one and only forum that hundreds of in-house counsel, ethics and compliance executives, forensic accountants, FCPA, international trade, securities and corporate governance attorneys from around the globe attend each year, ACI’s 29th National Conference on the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act will once again bring you a top-notch speaker faculty comprised of senior-level representatives from the U.S. DOJ and SEC, the world’s leading companies, experienced FCPA practitioners and forensic accountants as they share with you updates on current FCPA enforcement initiatives as well as proven and effective strategies for tackling FCPA compliance in a global business environment. As individual criminal prosecutions and corporate enforcement under the FCPA continued to captivate the media’s attention this past year and after the release in November 2012 of the update to the Lay Person’s Guide to the FCPA (FCPA Guidance) one fact remains clear – FCPA enforcement continues to remain a global enforcement priority. With the continuous changes and evolutions in FCPA enforcement and compliance in mind, ACI completely re-worked the program agenda for this New York conference. Benefit from Advanced Discussions on:
