  I have attended several ACI conferences and been a faculty member for the IT Management of Export Controls. Through these avenues, ACI creates a open environment to share experiences and better understand industry best practices.   If you look for a comprehensive source on compliance, ACI's Trade Conferences will give you access to the latest multinational expertise on trade issues. The speakers are very knowledgeable and can give you a brought overview as well as in depth details. The conference allowed me to get the latest compliance updates as well as the opportunity to discuss with a wide group of experts my specific topics. No other source has given me such wealth of information about compliance in such a short time.

  I was at one of the export control conference held by American Conference Institute. It was an amazing experience to speak at the conference and learn more from the others. The invited speakers are of the most maturity and professional within the area and has a spirit of sharing their successful experience with others.   I highly recommend ACI's Regulatory and Trade Conferences. The speakers are of a very high calibre as are the participating audiences. The information shared is always very current, very topical and global. The conferences are excellent learning and networking forums with many participants being regular attendees. Its a forum where realtime experiences are shared, long time friendships are renewed and new friendships formed.

  ACI international trade conferences provide in-depth, up-to-date information on changes in our field, from very knowledgeable speakers, ranging from the specifics in US import/ US export compliance to foreign country compliance. When it comes to their foreign compliance conferences, I have not found any other source that provides information in such depth, on so many countries.

  ACI's economic sanctions conferences are provided at an advanced level, and have always had excellent coverage of new as well as persistent issues. The faculty is drawn from agency counsel as well as experienced OFAC practitioners, both in-house corporate compliance counsel and law firm counsel. These well-run conferences, both in the US and abroad, have also afforded practitioners a forum for discussion of common problems, and are worth attending for that networking alone.
